Who We Are
Anthony Khatsenkov
Founder
Anthony founded MK Partners with the goal of providing clients with disciplined, cross-border advisory and execution across international banking, capital, and investment matters.

He brings international professional experience spanning private wealth management in Europe and institutional banking in the United States, having worked on more than 60 transactions totaling over $20 billion.
​
Anthony began his career in private banking in Monaco, working with ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices, establishing a strong foundation in international wealth structuring and client-centric advisory.
​
He subsequently transitioned to corporate and institutional banking in New York, specializing in fund finance, real estate and corporate loans syndication. In this role, Anthony worked on complex financing and liquidity solutions for corporate and institutional clients, gaining hands-on experience in capital markets and multi-jurisdictional transactions across industries.
Through MK Partners, Anthony works with clients to help them secure access to international banking and liquidity solutions, capital raises, M&A transactions, private wealth management, securities and digital asset trading initiatives, as well as AML and compliance matters.
